Got a nice swim in today at Concordia. Less than 3 weeks till the Pewaukee Triathlon....I thought it was 4 till my sister corrected me yesterday. Yikes!

25 mile bike ride and a softball game yesterday makes for sore legs today, but I pushed through my 4 mile run today. I am very happy!
